Whether we are asked to create a singular illustration, spot icon or develop a full illustration toolkit for a client, creating visual identities is at the forefront of everything we do. Our illustration projects range from strategic promotional campaigns to retail POP displays to bold product design and book jackets. Showcased below is a selection of various illustration campaigns.

Designing a snowboard has long been a bucket list project for our team. So when Zion, a snowboard company out of Canada came to us to design snowboards for their Whoa! Man board series, we were pumped. The Whoa! Man boards’ goal is to appeal to both men and women (whoa-man). For the past 6 years, we have added an additional design to the series.
Each season Publix Super Markets redefines the shopping market experience with clever, engaging seasonal campaigns. In celebration of these seasons, we worked with Publix to create Halloween and Earth Day campaigns. The playful, youthful driven Halloween assets were used on a variety of applications, including wayfinding and POP displays to bags and even character toppers on cupcakes. The Earth Day campaign was used on bag graphics to promote the use of reusable bags.
“It is always a joy to collaborate with Carpenter Collective. The Halloween campaign, was by far one of my favorites. We received so much positive feedback, it was a success all–round.”

“A wicked sense of humor combined with a sophisticated design sense can be the foundation of really effective and memorable illustration, and that’s certainly what Tad and Carpenter Collective deliver. Adobe had the pleasure of working with them on multiple projects, and for each one they executed compelling work that fulfilled the creative concepts in all the right ways. And Tad and Jessica just happen to be a wonderful team to work with, too.”
Building a visual language to expand an existing brand or campaign is one of the many ways we have collaborated with clients. We also simply enjoy the pure nature of making. Exploring style, form and method becomes a form of play that broadens your skills and possibilities.
